The courteous shuttle service was efficient and made transfers hassle-free! ! Plus, the evening meal was surprisingly tasty, even when prepared late at night!

Some room amenities were incomplete, which was quite inconvenient. Also, there were complaints about slow service during busy hours.

The staff were genuinely helpful. they printed my boarding passes at nearly midnight and offered me some bananas for my child, which was a lovely touch during our stay.

Unfortunately, the shuttle service's limited hours caused us issues, as we had to arrange a last-minute cab ride because it didn't operate early enough for our flights.

The room offered excellent soundproofing, allowing for a decent night's sleep near the busy road. Facilities were quite nice, and the decor added a touch of style to the ambiance.

The shuttle service only operates from 5 am to 1 am, which isn't clearly advertised, creating issues for early departures. We faced a frustrating cab fare situation, being charged 50 euros instead of the quoted 25 euros, and had to scramble for an Uber at 4 am. Overall, it felt like major miscommunication on several fronts.

Loved the room's soundproofing. Slept so well despite being near a busy road. The evening meal was tasty and surprisingly satisfying. The shuttle service was efficient, making airport transfers easy for us. Unfortunately, breakfast didn't meet expectations—cold eggs and a lack of butter for bread were disappointing. Also missed having black tea available on the courtesy tray. Noticed some TV channel options were limited, which could be improved with a list for guests. Overall, a pleasant stay despite a few issues.

One evening, the chef prepared a delightful meal for us at 10:30 PM, which was a fantastic surprise. I loved the soundproofing in the room, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep despite the busy surroundings.

However, I found the breakfast options to be lacking, particularly in terms of protein choices.
